Do you take commissions?

Sorry, I don't take personal commissions.

How often do you dispatch items?

I usually dispatch items on Mondays, but you should allow 2 weeks from order date for dispatch.

You will receive an automated email from Big Cartel when your order ships. Please note that your package might not reach the post office until the following day.

Do you send internationally?

Yes, I can send worldwide (as long as there is a postal service).  The cost will be calculated at checkout (it varies depending on the items and destination).

Please note that customs duties may be payable on international orders (including EU) and these are NOT included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you google ‘customs duty calculator’ there are various online tools which will tell you the likely charges.

How do you send items?

I use Royal Mail postal services for UK and international orders.

International orders are sent via a tracked airmail service. Your tracking details will be in the order dispatch email.

I try and update shipping information with tracking details at the point of dispatch but at busy times this can get missed. If you have a query please get in touch.

When will I receive my item?

Please allow 2 weeks for dispatch. I usually dispatch on Mondays but I work on my own so at  busy times there may be a delay so please bear with me. You will receive an automated email from Big Cartel when your order ships. Please note that your package might not reach the post office until the following day.

Items in the UK usually arrive within 3 working days (except in November/December when there can be delays).

For other destinations this is a guide based on my experience in the last few years:

Europe - approximately 1 week, but up to 3 weeks (depends a lot on the customs arrangements in the destination country)
USA & Canada - 1-2 weeks (but can be up to 4 weeks)
Central & South America - 2-4 weeks
Australia and New Zealand - 2-4 weeks
Asia - 1-4 weeks
